The main training is conducted in Ukrainian, but additional resources, career events and professional career certificated for selected graduates will be offered in English. Knowledge of English is not required to participate in the program.
Yes, the program is 100% remote.
You need to have a computer (or tablet) with internet access, and also know how to use platforms like Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Zoom.
The program includes weekly group sessions with real-time experts, 1:1 coaching sessions and assistance in building a personal brand strategy, tips on using artificial intelligence for job search, a personalised workbook that will collect all the important elements for a successful job search, online support, and career events.
A certificate and bonus rewards will be awarded to participants who meet the requirements for successful completion of the program: attending the information session, being active during meetings, and completing homework assignments. We will inform you about the availability of LinkedIn Premium licenses for graduates later.
While we provide participants with valuable skills, we do not guarantee employment upon completion of the program. Finding a job depends on individual efforts. However, we offer a wide range of support, including career coaching, job search resources, employer meetings, and English language classes, to provide participants with the tools to confidently enter the job market.
