Job Starter Germany is a program for Ukrainians in Germany who were forced to change their place of residence due to a full-scale invasion, have a sufficient level of technical skills, speak the local language at level B2+ and are actively looking for employment. If you do not live in Germany, you can view other versions of the Job Starter program on the main page.
We would be happy to support every Ukrainian on their career path! However, as we strive to maximize the benefit of our available resources, we will be forced to select only those participants who are currently in the most difficult situation on their path to employment and income stability, and who also have a strong motivation to join the program. You can learn more about the application process and selection on this page.
Our program will require 10-15 hours of your time per week. Group classes will have fixed times. Typically, they will take place Monday through Thursday, in the afternoon or evening. Independent work and individual sessions can be arranged to fit your schedule. You will also have access to recordings of the sessions.
After the meeting, you will receive a recording and instructions regarding the designated time to review it. If you do not attend the meeting and do not review the recording within the specified time, you will not be admitted to the program. During the information session, we will explain in detail all the elements you need to know for comfortable and successful training, and also introduce you to career coaches. Please note that only those applicants who have passed the selection will receive an invitation to the information session.
