Yes, participation in the program is free. The training of our participants is sponsored with the support of INCO partners.
Job Starter is a program for Ukrainians abroad (within Europe) and at home who were forced to change their place of residence due to the full-scale invasion and are currently looking for a new job or career change.
The dates of upcoming cohort are presented on the welcome page of the application form. If you are not satisfied with the current period of study, you can apply later. If your plans have changed during the selection process, you can contact us with a request to participate in the next selections.
We would love to support every Ukrainian wishing to boost their career growth! But since we are aiming to maximize the impact of our available recourses, we will have to select only those participants, who are currently in the most difficult situation on their way to stability in employment and income. We pay attention to all the answers to the questions on our application form, especially the last (third) step. So be careful and take enough time to fill out the application.
Our program will require 10-15 hours of your time per week. Group classes will have fixed times. Typically, they will take place Monday through Thursday, in the afternoon or evening. Independent work and individual sessions can be arranged to fit your schedule. You will also have access to recordings of the sessions.
Although we provide participants with valuable skills, we do not guarantee employment after the program. Finding a job depends on individual efforts. However, we offer extensive support, including a career coach, job search resources, employer meetings, and English language classes to ensure that participants have the tools to enter the job market with confidence.
